      Anyone can do most of the tasks required

      Cons

      The communication is next to non existent. The employee turnover rate is extremely high due to a incapable scheduling department. As a low rate of pay post guard you may have to train a Field Supervisor from time to time.

      Other account managers (Luis Lopez) are helpful and very supportive

      Cons

      As account Manager, I did not get the proper training, having to research and ask a lot of questions from Luis in order to know the Admin part of the job

      Pros

      InterCon started me at the Natural History Museum. It was great seeing many different schools come and have a tour around the Museum. I also like the fact that now I'm aroveeand I go to different locations. Their management team is amazing plus my coworkers are too. I recommend everyone to apply and check them out.

      Cons

      If you call off or be tardy so many times you could get wrote up which leads to suspension. Just like any other job.
