The compensation is reasonable and many frontline employees and several in mid management are delightful.

Cons

If you value data-driven decisions, strategic planning, and being recognized for actual team leadership and results—look elsewhere. But if you’re great at blame-shifting, tossing teammates under the bus, dodging accountability to keep the C-suite happy, or thriving in a culture of ghost-mode managers—congrats, this is your playground.

Horrifying Security

Pros

The pay is better than most security companies by contract. They will get just about anyone trained for an armed guarding position as long as you stick around.

Cons

Abusive drug addicted managment. Various saftey and security issues. Drug addicted supervisors and resource staff. Bad pre-employment backround testing (they have hired felons and individuals with disturbing backgrounds that have not undergone sufficent interview procedures). Lack of post security (they will remove you at a whim). You are expected to be available for overtime or cross city site changes at the drop of a hat. Known to conduct illegal business practices. Various lawsuits and documented claims of racist enviorments, employee harassment and quid pro quo interactions. Employee app will track your data when not on the clock and monitor your calls, texts, location, sensors and more. Employee app allows for remote root access to Employee devices even when at home and off the clock.

The only PRO with this company is the fact that the work is relatively easy.

Cons

This is by far the worst company/Job I’ve ever worked for. The management is terrible and non existent. I have never met management with this company not 1 time since I’ve been working here. There is 0 work/life balance whatsoever. The scheduling is very bad. They schedule all kind of different shifts on different days so you can never actually plan out your life.. When you first interview for this Job, only person you have contact with is a recruiter. Then after you get an offer letter, complete the onboarding process, and complete training, you are completely 100% on your own. You’re basically just thrown in a fire with no help at all. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had so far. Please don’t apply ever for this company/job because you will be treated like an object and not a human, they only care about numbers and not about you.
