Just left this company for harassment and very unfair treatment from supervisor and chef security officer. Worked there for almost two years, this company took over Allied security contractor.. Ever since Inter-Con took over been mishandled by so called leaders that just didnt want to lead their employees. But harass and pushed around. Not very professional. So so disappointed. HR was not a help what's so ever!. Thought it would be a team setting but no, supervisors were simply unfair and disrespectful. Hope someone gets involved and fix this bad management.

There are literally non. The site had problems and they didn’t fix any of them. They actually made things worse.

Cons

They came in claiming they were going to fix the problem of people coming in late or not at all. What they did was cut people’s hours to 32 and demanded that they stay late or come in early to cover the late or no shows. If the person refused they got in worse trouble than the late person. There is just too much to write. Do not work for this company. They will treat you horribly. You are completely expendable.

Cons

Company treats you like crap. No bereavement pay, no yearly payout. An employee walked up on me and threatened me to put her hands on me. That employee still works here. This company isn’t a secure/comfortable workplace. Many employees complain and are finding employment elsewhere.
