>Quickly fill your caseload >Good supervisory support >Fixed Salary offers more financial stability >If you hit your hours you're mostly left alone >Progress notes aren't too complicated >Staff are generally nice

Cons

>Egregious lack of proper training on how to use their EHR >High caseload (you're paid for 35 but expected to have at least 45 patients to account for no shows) >Very productivity focused >High turnover rates, don't expect coworkers to stick around for long >Only 24 hours to submit progress notes despite high caseloads >Managers/Admin have poor training on administration skills; a lot of them wing it and it shows >No IDs, which is an issue early on when staff don't know who you are yet and you can't navigate the facility freely >Poor support for patients who speak foreign languages

Pros

The other therapists are fantastic, and genuinely care about the welfare of their clients. The group supervision is and always has been the highlight of my week, since there's so many incredible coworkers with diverse viewpoints and expertise to learn from.

Cons

The administration and program heads have been intolerable ever since the clinic became a CCBHC clinic. They tried to withhold promised raises due to numbers being too low, and gaslight you into thinking that you're the problem. It's made anything related to CCBHC become a nightmare.

Everyone in the Outreach Department is very hardworking, responsible and dedicated to helping the clients, We have a Director who leads by example and trained us to be the best we can be.

Cons

I don't have any cons ! I am very happy to be working at an Agency where we feel part of a big family . An Agency where they want you to be successful and provide you with all the training and tools be achieve it.
