Pros

Nice Office Nice Benefits Great co-workers

Cons

Management - Rude and inconsiderate. Bonus structure is fluke Pay is below average to be in Atlanta Changed hybridg schedule so people would quit so they didn't have to lay off. Office politics are really weird here.

Pros

Good benefits so I'm told. You will work adjacent to cutting edge technology.

Cons

Big companies don't care about you. You are a resource. They are all in on return to office and will not hire anyone remote. Cutting edge technology is relatively simple business logic. Programmers wear all the hats all the time, including management.
