Flexible schedule .. Pay is at par with other employers Workload is on lighter side during the week .

Cons

oncall and weekend work expected often Very much outdated technology and adamant on using cutting edge tools. Lack of training and motivation to learn more Very stringent in office requirements I found it counter productive Lack of people's management skills from Sr. managers/directors especially the Storage and backup team I was part of
