Pros

They have an easy way of applying to their roles.

Cons

I went through ICE thinking that leadership truly wanting to change the culture and process of the HR/People side. The company is not ready nor will be ready if they continue to do what they are doing...which is the bare minium for it's people. The candidate experience, the onboarding, is all a really rocky journey once you are joining. The support you get is lack luster with no support at all. If you are thinking about moving for this company...think about it again. The Global Mobility is run by one person which they don't know what they are doing and spread out wearing multiple hats. The company wants to change, but they continue to do things that cause a lot of damage for their employee's lifes.
