Pros

The company has good benefits, good pay, and is a flat culture.

Cons

Where do I begin. Management favored their own group. Most team were in another state and the rest of us were never included. They could do no wrong. We were chastised constantly. We were undermined and when we brought it up, the other group were always favored. No advancement either. Any attempt at looking in other areas was shut down.
