Pros

ICE is a fast pace company full of hardworking, talented, and dedicated people. Sitting next a crew like this challenges me everyday which is what I enjoy most about working here.

Cons

The company is currently going through some growing pains as the NYSE integration continues. This is resulting in new processes, some of which are for the better, but not all.
