      All the perks of a financial company with none of the stress

      Pros

      -Standard paid vacation is three weeks, you accrue more as you earn time with the company -Monthly pizza and bagel parties on the house -Competitive salary with other peers (Reuters, Bloomberg) -Recently acquired by Intercontinental Exchange potentially creating growth opportunities in larger company -Intelligent, friendly co-workers, generally low-stress environment. Work/life balance favors life

      Cons

      -Potential for layoffs as ICE makes reorgs based on the acquisition -Up until very recently, limited upward mobility. New ICE ownership may allow improvement here

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work in on of the best teams at IDC. So much flexibility in the team and everybody were extremely helpful.They exposed me to many aspects of the company and i have gained a good chunk of experience working there.

      Cons

      I really havent seen any downsides for Interactive data corp as i was present there for a brief 3 months. I loved working there. If i could suggest , may be some more networking events should be conducted
