      Pros

      Fast paced and ever evolving environment with rapid growth via acquisition. Progressive. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Not much direction from management and growth vision is not communicated. Internally business lines feel siloed and employees don't feel a sense of stability amidst changes. Drive for profit comes at expense of people. Not diverse throughout ranks.
