Pros

Great small product management, dev and qa teams working together to make great products. Interactions within and between teams were friendly and professional. People in these teams are extremely knowledgeable and intelligent.

Cons

The pros are before the CDS Clearing House came under new technology management for both US and EU. Tech management now sows discord amongst teams and makes up lies about people. Micro-manages everything while knowing nothing. A classic functional narcissist. Also picks favorites regardless of performance and punishes any ideas outside of his "vision". Intra and inter-team cooperation was at an all time low when I left.

Pros

Modern offices with state of the art infrastructure; pantry with free snacks; a great learning opportunity as management allows anyone to do anything (regardless of their experience); decent benefits; great employees

Cons

Terrible management; low base pay with next to no yearly increase; equity offered to try and prevent turnover (vests over 3 years); people take on more than they can handle, resulting in botched outcomes; very cheap and always trying to save a buck when they can, regardless of the impact

Pros

Company offers good benefits BUT...

Cons

...with good benefits comes the company thinking they own you. They outright refuse to allow people to work from home, despite people successfully and productively doing so for YEARS starting in 2020. If you live in a city with an office, they want you in it so they can monitor you. Don't bother requesting to work from home, no matter what: elder care, health concern, ADA, FMLA, whatever. You aren't a human, you are a replaceable cog in the machine and ICE's property.
