Pros

Good benefits and good people to work with.

Cons

The company changes every year. First hired for full remote now it’s back to 5 days a week in office when they said it would never be more than 3. Many people unhappy

Learn to play golf

Pros

They spend a lot of money on parties, golf outings, wining and dining clients.

Cons

Black Knight stunk. Hopefully ICE is a better company. The only way to advance is to be part of the "in" crowd...golf with the right execs. Or be related to one. Nepotism is rampant. And be prepared for layoffs every time the mortgage industry hiccups or Bill Foley shuffles the organizational structure again.
