Pros

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the option to work from home was a great benefit. Everything seemed fine while working remotely.

Cons

However, the return to the office was a different story. The main location in Jacksonville is outdated, with an office environment that feels old-fashioned. The cubicle-style layout feels cramped and can create a stifling atmosphere, which isn't great for productivity or morale.

Pros

Nice modern office and Herman-Miller furniture you get to use.

Cons

Leadership is corrupt. Promotion is based on favoritism. No growth for the rest. Pay that is promised in the offer is not what you get - unvested RSUs is where and when they decide to cut you. Do not recommend.

Pros

Maybe a couple of people were cool. Nothing more than that

Cons

Not enough hours in the day to do everything they want.
