      -Management is knowledgeable and have been around for a long time -Growing company and job security -Challenging and allows for great learning in finance

      -Poor leadership style (managers seek unrealistic expectations) -Promotions are based on tenure and not skill -Terrible hustle culture where work is piled on and additional work is piled on -Lack of care in employees work life balance for support workers
