- At the end of the day, Interface makes and sells carpet. Hence, the business is cyclic and can really take a turn in unfavorable commercial real estate conditions.

Leadership in the dark about the reality of the employee on the front lines. Low paying positions and not very many good managers. Lack of teamwork between the different teams of workers. Leadership doesn't listen to new ideas despite the program in place to submit said ideas. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.
