nora systems is a great company. Family oriented from the day I started and left. I felt you were always respected, management took the time to listen and help. nora always put their employees first in everything they have done there is so many but the one that stands out was flexibility with time, when employees had personal issues, they were very accommodating when management/company did not have to do so. Reviewing past reviews it is heart wrenching that past employees have a negative outlook on the management and company. Everyone has their own outlook when things don't go their way and assume they are misunderstood but did they ever take a look at themselves realize that "Accountability feels like an attack when their not ready to acknowledge how their behavior harm others"! such as jealousy, caddie attitude got in their way of succeeding. As we move a long stop the negativity we are no longer at nora. For the nora people that are still employed let them succeed, "move on". Thank you, to nora, management for the support, guidance, encouragement to move on.

Truly an Open door policy though out all management with in the Company New ideas and thinking outside the box highly encouraged by management Great communication between the management team and staff. A place you can truly be yourself. A company that doesn’t let job titles get in the way of getting the job done! All hands on deck in a team atmosphere. Sad to see some untruthful reviews left by disgruntled employees, some who left on their own. The reviews about “favoritism” is confusing. The current CSS group are some of the hardest working people in the industry, going above and beyond their normal job duties every single day. So if showing up and working hard means your a favorite, then count me in! Excited to be part of the interface family and rebuild the CSS department with passionate, hard working employees who want to show up every day with a positive attitude and to continue to be the best support team in the industry.
