I have worked at nora for serval years and by far, it has been the best company that I have ever been employed at. With the leadership and guidance of the customer support manager, I have been able to grow within my position. Our manager is supportive and is always willing to teach, listen and help you when needed. Many times, I have witnessed our manager going above and beyond for the team. It’s truly amazing to be part of this team and I am grateful to have a manager that cares. The other managers at nora are great as well, they all have an open-door policy and you are encouraged to ask for help from anyone, no matter what their title happens to be. The HR team is another advantage I feel we as employees have at nora. They are always looking to find ways to inject fun into the office all throughout the year. Above all, they are great listeners and it is comforting to know, that you can trust they have your best intertest at heart. If you are looking for a great opportunity at a family oriented company, then nora is the place to be.
