Overall a great company to work for. Management is always willing to listen and help out their employees in every way possible. Passionate group of people that work hard day to day to support their customers and AE’s. Behind a successful team there's a great manager.

Management adhere's to their "open door" policy and always willing to listen to suggestions from all employees. Every department is willing to help each other at a moments notice. Everyone is genuinely nice here! It's nice to come to work everyday knowing the environment is happy and helpful. Another big pro for nora by Interface is we are finally seeing the last of the "negative nancies" who try to defame management here. I never knew that you were apparently considered a "favorite" when you simply try hard and come to work everyday! The previous negative reviews came from employees who never worked a full week (always had excuses) and that would put additional strain on the department, or employees who were rude and always found something to complain about. They were honestly exhausting to listen to here AND on Glassdoor. Good riddance to them! We are so excited for the future of the CSS department and the overall company!
