Pros
Excellent pay in my opinion for individuals who are not fully licensed and for most staff. PTO was excellent as well. The company would routinely do things such as lunches and gift cards which I found extremely generous.
Cons
Leadership. The company's leadership does not listen to staff. Clinicians are put in tricky situations because leadership will expect things due to financial considerations rather than caring about good client care when at the end of the day will always fall back on the clinician for making the call. Company policy appears to be to punish all for the mistakes of one. And there are several centers that do not have strong PMs but the individuals have been with the company for 10+ years so they get promoted despite the fact that they have no idea what they are doing, do not know how to lead and do not know how to problem solve.
