Pros
- small company with family feel. I can email and chat with executives including the owner which I feel builds a great company culture. I feel more appreciated as an employee with those open doors. - Leadership is always there to help and open to ways and efforts to make our job smoother/easier and overall successful in our roles. - remote job with travel has been amazing. They truly have let me experience a lot with travel and I will forever be grateful for that. - I may be biased but I have the best team there is. We all get along incredibly well and it makes working more enjoyable. Even all being remote and in different states we make the effort to catch up with each other and help each other out.
Cons
- I really can't say there are many if any cons at this company. I may complain here and there about some things but hey no job or company is perfect.
