Great place for a long career with above average pay and good opportunity for job growth

Pros

FormFast has been in business for 22 years and has good stability. It is the top company in the forms automation niche of the healthcare market and recently in last three years has had good success with its new workflow products for healthcare. I think the company is likely to grow fast in the future. Management tells us that 2014 is the companies best year to date in revenue and profit .It seems to be true based on contracts coming in and the grapevine..

Cons

There has been some unhappiness in the last two years because a new management team took over with a more aggressive and focused outlook and desire for faster growth. There were winners and losers in this transition but the new management team has the experience and outlook which will allow the company to succeed. For those last two years, there was more than average turnover since some long term employees that didn't like the new management. It seems to have settles down now and the business side of the company is much stronger.

Pros

FormFast has a small company feel while still being a leader in the industry. Your decisions are actually impactful, which is a huge change from previous organizations I've worked for. I've enjoyed the excitement of working at a software company on the bleeding edge of the healthcare tech industry while still having the stability of a mature organization. Pay is very high comparable to other companies and the benefits packages are far and above anything else I've experienced.

Cons

As someone who has worked for other tech companies and know what truly bad management can be like, I admittedly laughed at reading some of the other comments about FormFast, and that was in fact why I felt compelled to write a review of FormFast myself. Turnover at FormFast is extraordinarily low and I believe the management is working hard to build an infrastructure to support growth, which is why they "run it like a 10,000 employee" company- so that we can one day become one! I would in fact say that my only struggle has been the fact that there are not all the big corp processes in place to get certain things done, so sometimes you have to make it up as you go along.

Pros

Pay scale is very favorable. Lots of autonomy to make things happen both internally and with clients. Software product is highly functional and evolving in the right direction. Management truly cares about the employees and take active steps to garner feedback and input.

Cons

It is a small company right now, so there are some growing pains to manage though but nothing out of the ordinary. Lots of remote staff, so sometimes can feel a little disconnected from fellow employees
