Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We understand that as a smaller organization, we do not have the same level of traditional opportunity for promotion as larger corporations. We strive to combat this by providing team members with ample opportunities to learn and grow in other ways, such as: cross training, special projects, and continuing education. I encourage you to discuss your career goals with your manager, not only during your annual review but ongoingly throughout the year. You are also encouraged and welcome to request support to pursue additional responsibilities, training, certifications or even degrees. Assisting employees through tuition reimbursement, time allowance or departmental resources, has always been an important part of our employee culture. We want our employees to enjoy working at Interlace Health and will do our best to further their own personal career growth along the way.
