2yThank you for taking time to share feedback with us. We are a smaller company, which means that we do have less hierarchy to climb. While this can be advantageous in terms of efficiency, impact and agility it does come with less traditional opportunities for advancements like promotions. The smaller atmosphere allows us to provide employees with unique opportunities to grow and expand skill sets, whether through new projects, cross departmental collaboration or continuous education. While we certainly factor tenure into employees’ compensation, we also base it on their responsibilities and accomplishments throughout a given year.
