It's good place as long as you put your head down
Pros
Salary is good if you are in IT, good learning experience in IT. Company has multiple locations and you can move up only after being in a position for 6 months.
Cons
DO u might NOT go to HR - if you see issues- you might as well quick, HR is not for the employees- Treated diffrently if you are a women in IT or diffrent race. If you get a manager or a director upset- you might as well say good bye- because the managers talk and they are normally all friends and talk. I saw allot of diffrent depending on your team and your managers- some teams are awesome to work fro and are flexiable with your schedule etc. My team was horrible and finally quit IHC because of their indiffrence treatment and unflexialbity with their employees- reported to HR and it ended my career.
