The management is rotten. They proclain\m Catholic values but act in a very dishonest fashion especially hen they merged ith Exempla- they made all of us take all our vacation time before we knew they were closing the office in Lenexa- very shady

Too much of a corporate environment, too focused on budgets and not "healing" or patient care. My experience along with many other coworkers and the Physician i worked for( who by the way ended up relocating because of the environment)found management to be hostile, micro-managing, inexperiended in the health care field, and showed lots of favoritism.
