Pros

Friendly co-workers, comfortable environment and fairly nice facilities to work within. Management is caring and believes in solid work-life balance.

Cons

lack of resources (budget) to do job well, low pay and no room for advancement unless your are a clinical individual. Administration or technical staff has very little movement or even opportunity for merit increases.

Pros

Great people. Company leadership has vision and plan for reaching it. Clear mission and commitments to carrying out that mission.

Cons

None that I've seen yet. Always a challenge to be big and yet stay nimble.

Pros

I have a job that allows for some flexibility and the department works well together and helps each other in times of need.

Cons

I wish after so many years, I felt like I was more valued. At times I do, but usually it seems like many employees don't get much in recognition or bonuses.
