Pros

I have been with this hospital for many years and have had many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Not thrilled with the way Intermountain has handled things since taking over this hospital. The culture is different now. Because of the merger, this hospital is suffering with the loss of Kaiser.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. As two of the nation’s leaders in providing better healthcare outcomes for lower costs, combining SCL Health and Intermountain Health’s operational and clinical programs strengthens our shared focus while simultaneously expanding our collective footprint to serve more patients and communities throughout the Mountain West. This merger also allows us to reduce costs by allowing for economies of scale and sharing best practices and resources, which can lead to improved quality of care for our patients. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
