Pros

They will pay you a high base salary, but it's because their commission structure is sooo low compared to other organizations in the same industry, and down the same street in Atlanta! This is a great job for straight out of college students, looking for their first jobs - BUT the CEO and branch manager's will capitalize on this.

Cons

You must drink the company kool-aid. You must befriend the CEO. It's most certainly a good-ol-boy system if you're trying to move up in the company. You're forced to work out and run 4 miles with the company, 2 days a week, rather than focus on your desk and being successful.

Pros

Definitely a fun group of people to work with... that being said, a VERY unprofessional work environment... oh for so many reasons but I will plead the 5th here.

Cons

Let’s start with the job itself, you get paid horrible money for the amount of hours you work and return you get. It’s also incredibly frowned upon to leave anytime before 6pm and you’re expected to start your day at 7:45am basically to kiss the managements you know what. You feel trapped, like you can’t leave the company. You’re stuck in the crazy mind game of that this is the best company ever and you will be vested in the company after 3 years. They promise all of these success stories but the “favorites” are the ones that move up. LEAVE when you feel ready and don’t feel guilty about taking PTO. They have handled covid like a joke... Everyone in the office has gotten it. They care about the fake accusations in their head that working from home doesn’t produce as much money, so they figured, screw the employees health, bring them back! Can’t forget this one, they MICROMANAGE. To the most extreme point. They’re tracking everything you do. To the amount of times you spent on the phone to the amount of times you even picked up the phone. If you take this job, please come back to these reviews during or after you quit and laugh with me at how fake they are. Good luck.

Pros

There aren't many Pros but I guess one could be appreciative of your next job after you quit.

Cons

You are cold calling. You're in a bassment all day. You work 12-13 hour days, and a lot of weekends. They tell you when you apply that you will be working out together and going on team runs but it's all bull to make the place sound bearable. You have no time to workout even on your own. You literally are at this office all day everyday. You compete with your co-workers which means everyone is on edge with each other. You really don't make as much money as they say you will..barely $2k a month and you won't get a lunch break hardly at all. You're on ALL day long on those phones and constantly stressed out and lying to the people you're on the phone with to make a buck.
