Pros

The only thing i can think of was going to staff celebrations and getting free food.

Cons

I do not think i have ever been more belittled, mistreated, disgusted by a work environment. The "CEO" calls you baby and kisses you on the head. Girls: DO NOT WEAR A DRESS. I was constantly sexually harassed, by all men in the office and it was announced to everyone how hot i looked that day in what i was wearing. Along with sexual harassment, I was screamed at, cussed out, talked to like i was stupid--which i can assure you, i am nowhere near stupid. I have seen the CEO throw things across a room, get into a woman's face and dog cuss her out. One time, i was honestly scared that the CEO was going to punch one of the (woman) account managers in the face because she "back talked" him. I passed the interview process by working out with the team...if that tells you what they care about, how good you look in the office.

Pros

You could possibly make good money

Cons

But you will be working 12-14 hour week days and weekends cold-calling people who don't want to talk to you.

Pros

Average benefits (health, etc) Cellphone included (despite the fact is cost $6.00) Get to wear a tie

Cons

The starting salary is around $30,000 ... plus, you get to make commissions on top of that. There are no real bonuses, at least none that are realistically obtainable. Travel? Forget about it! The only traveling you do is to and from work. Otherwise, you’re cramped up in a small cubicle the size of a gum wrapper and forced to work slave-like hours all week. IDR will offer you a few benefits – like the $4.95 cell phone that you get as their way of showing you the “investment” they are making in you. Look, if you’re reading this site, then you are obviously considering a job with us. Bottom line, I have worked here since August and I hate it. I would love to quit, but I need a job! And there are so few out there right now. If you want a horrible job, with no real career opportunities, and a company that will promise you the world and not deliver, IDR IS FOR YOU!!!
