- Hands down, the people. You will not find more driven, fun, and committed individuals. It's pretty cool to come to work where everyone is young too! - The culture. In the year and a half that I have worked here, I've had three different roles (by choice). IDR truly supports you and your career goals. If your goals align with the company's values and mission, there's no way you won't reach and exceed your potential. - Nothing is concrete. This can be good and bad, but the great thing about this is you can always implement new ideas and strategies. IDR is always open to innovation ,and people who take initiative. - Health & Wellness and Leadership Programs. If you value getting physically fit, they support you. If you want to develop your career skills and dig a little deeper, they support you. To sum it all up, IDR is an young, organic company who stands by their mission - to be the best. The people and the culture make you feel like you belong to a family. There's always room to innovate and be yourself.

- Sometimes the hours can be demanding, but this has improved in the last few months. - There can be a lot of changes, which can make you overwhelmed but you just have to understand they are always searching for ways to make things better. - It's a sales organization so the Operations don't always get the recognition they deserve. But hey, we have to stroke the sales team's ego, right?
