-great co-workers -young fun environment -wins always feel celebrated -hybrid schedule -good training

Cons

-metrics are stressful and it can get extremely competitive to hit them when positions are limited to work on -it's a numbers game and if you aren't good with dialing, you aren't going to hit them -no room for growth other than to account management due to the nature of the business -can get a bit cliquey -no 401k match
