IDR means so much to me. I began my career here right out of college as an entry-level IT Recruiter, and I now support the company from a different capacity as a Corporate Recruiter. I joined the company with some sales/customer service experience but zero staffing industry knowledge. From day one, leadership told me that if I was willing to put in the work, I would be generously invested in and rewarded - not just monetarily but from a personal and professional development standpoint. Not only have I always felt invested in/rewarded, but I also genuinely feel the support from our leadership team. They care about you as a human being - they take the time to get to know you and your family. They push you out of your comfort zone in the best way possible and encourage you to continuously work towards your next goal or milestone. Our company culture is second to none. Our values truly our are first filter - we like to hire people that want to be a part of something that's bigger than themselves. I am honored to work alongside my peers and the Managers in the Dallas office. They are people of high integrity, respect, and fairness. I've met some of my very best friends at this organization, and I could not be prouder to work here!

Staffing is not for the faint of heart. You have to be mentally tough, gritty, and determined to succeed in this industry.
