Professional Athlete OR Recruiter?

its literally a job that you can get straight out of college and not have to worry about finding another desk job as long as you think you can run 5 miles

Cons

You have to run 5 miles, not only in your interview, but also once a week along with tracking the food you eat, I didnt know if I was going to be a professional athlete or a recruiter.

We encourage participation because of the synergy we feel it brings to our offices! As for the 60 hours work week, we apologize again if we did not communicate upfront that the industry we are in is very demanding and will sometimes require long hours. We support our employees and hope they learn to manage their time and responsibilities so they don’t have to put those kind of hours in.

I have been with IDR since the start of my professional career (nearly 7 years). You get out what you put in and success is earned. Over time. Over hustle. Over hard work. Management is fair, respectful, and challenging. The leaders within the organization are some of the best when it comes to development and guidance on not only a professional level but also a personal level. The environment is collaborative and inclusive. All individuals are treated with respect and are given fair opportunity to achieve success. I'm proud to call IDR my home and have made lifelong friends during my tenure here. Would recommend to anyone looking for professional & personal success!

Cons

The only downside to working at IDR/in the staffing industry is that there are un-controllables (i.e. pandemic)
