Pros

I can't share enough positive things about IDR - I began my career here straight out of college and had no idea what to expect in the professional world. From the beginning, I've received training from leadership both professionally and personally, and since then I've experienced nothing but positive encouragement and coaching. Leadership is heavily invested in each employee's success, and conduct regular check ins to proactively gauge success and feedback. I know my feedback is heard and feel appropriate actions are taken to improve the overall environment at IDR. In addition, the culture here is unmatched - I work collaboratively with employees of all levels and feel I could not get the job done without each and every colleague. I feel excited to come to work every day, excited to work alongside my colleagues, and excited to perform for my leaders. I've grown so much and developed a confidence in sales that I know for a fact I couldn't find in any other organization.

Cons

Sales is not for everyone - it's hard work filled with high highs and just as many low lows. The relationships I've built and experiences I've had definitely make it all worth it.

Pros

They do a lot of fun activities like happy hours, celebratory lunches, team outings, etc. Fun, young culture with co-workers who turn into real life friends.

Cons

The entire company is of the same demographic...zero diversity. After candidates come in to interview, team members sit around and judge candidates' appearance, clothing, college sorority/fraternity, wealth, social status, etc. - that's the criteria for hire, not your actual professional capabilities. Leadership is very manipulative and dishonest. They play into your emotions to win your loyalty and make you feel like you can never leave the company. Management talks negatively to you about your co-workers and pins you against each other to create a competitive environment. Very unprofessional, cult-like culture...very obvious favoritism for those who "drink the kool-aid." Those who don't support leadership and their decisions get "punished"...no room for new ideas.

Pros

Quick to hire, a friendly connection point

Cons

Unreasonable termination by made up behavioral concerns with no explanation, failure to communicate any expectations, takes an honest point of skill and labels it as lying

It’s unfortunate when an employee leaves IDR with a negative experience because we always strive for open and honest communication. We want any decision we make to be transparent and unambiguous. If you want to further clarify aspects of our employee policy, you can reach out to our HR department. Thank you.
