Awesome benefits, great employees and teams to work with, reasonable salary, people in leadership roles are very easy to work with and have good hearts.

Cons

Office needs a face lift, better dental insurance.

Decent organization, well funded, ethical, compassionate employer.

Cons

A lot of fiscal waste. Wages are low and not competitive. No formal career path you can follow. Good-old-boy network in place.
