Pros

You get to dress anyway you like. Good benefits. Free Coffee. Yeah, that's about it... Core Company beliefs are actually good.

Cons

Horrible Executive Management. CEO loves to have ego stroked. It is a "Good Old Boys Club" they Upper management protects their own and people who actually work are walked all over. The less you work the more likely you will keep your job. Bad pay, 2015 was the 1st announced pay raise in 5 years. You need to be in the "Club" to get those otherwise. And those are hush-hush. No opportunity for advancement.

Employees in the CCH office are great to work with. Great benefits and working environment.

Cons

Sr management does not take advantage of long term employees...regardless of their formal education.
