Flexible schedule and paid holidays

Cons

Overworked and grossly underpaid, you will not get a raise working here. The place is ran like a good old boys club. Ceo is known for chasing shiny objects.

Pros

Flexible schedule, holidays off. Respectable field of work that has positive impact on the world. Potential to grow and job security.

Cons

Slow hiring process, little to no training. Lots of turnover in the future as a significant portion of the workforce retires. Vacant positions that aren't being filled and staff are overwhelmed. The old guard has challenges embracing technology. Lack of top down goals and direction for the department.
