Pros

Solid non profit organization with a mission that benefits all. If you have a desire to move up, the path is there for those who wish to put in the work.

Cons

Succession planning was not handled well. Multiple divisions that did not always communicate with one another in an effective manner. Virtual work scenario, that was necessary during COVID, created additional hurdles that were not streamlined as the pandemic continued to drag on.
