      Pros

      Large company with many locations to work in. Almost all members of leadership started from the bottom and worked their way up. They're improving their diversity in leadership and with the male-dominated areas. They facilitate mentor-ship and courage career development

      Cons

      International experience is limited to mill locations. The Senior leadership team is not very diverse. The HR community are disconnected so it's not easy to apply to business units outside of your current one.

      good pay most employees were good to work with

      Cons

      Management rushed training thru because they didn't have an operator then wondered why their numbers were down?? wonder why? supervisors are not connected to employees and only want numbers. Union, has its good and bad, the bad is they have an employee who is protected by the union they need to get rid of, even the union members no this employee does not get along with others. Lots of overtime when your a new employee sometimes its not necessary but supervisors like testing new employees.

      For the most part, the pay is decent. It has provided me and my family a good life for the past 14 years.

      Cons

      In a nutshell, Home life is a thing of the past. Long hours. Crappy insurance.
