      Pros

      A joke of a place to work. Hour before you leave the shop, then come back for a hour break, leave again to come back for your hour and a half lunch, leave again to come back at 2:00pm to get ready to leave. Felt bad at first but when you don't have a planning department and you don't have supervisors that know what to do how to do it or even care you tend to go with the flow.

      Cons

      Supervisors are so job scared they are trying to get the workers fired all the time to keep heat off of them. Plant is a dump

      It seems to be a stable company

      I applied for a position and a month later received a call for an interview, after the interview I recived a call for 2nd interview and was told a decision would be made within 2-3 weeks ,I was told I was one of the 3 candidates for the final selection and I would be updated. I made an inquiry after a month becasue I had another interview lined up and was told that a decision still had not been made but that I would be notified one way or the other. I never got a call back to tell me one thing or the other. Out of courtesy to me taking the time to interview during odd hours of the day ,I should have been notified.
