Nice people and impactful work

Cons

The nonprofit industry relies on grants, and you're at the mercy of what grants allow you to do. Also programs could be cut if teams don't meet our outcomes and grants are not renewed

Cons

Not enough pay related existing inflation rate within the country. Recently cutting off some benefit packages.
