Pros

Wonderful, supportive, collaborative office environment. There is a real sense that the work you are doing is valued- both by clients and coworkers.

Cons

Employees are simply not paid enough, it's a huge problem and a major contributor to the high rate of turnover. Some aspects of upper management are stagnant.

Pros

IRC hires a fantastic group of people and provides employees with extremely rewarding work. Every hour you spend working here is benefiting someone else less fortunate.

Cons

The pay is abysmally low. It's unfortunate because it's a great company to work for, but you just can't sustain yourself financially at the current salary.
