Good benefits and some of the people were wonderful to work with

dysfunctional and toxic organizational culture at IRC in Georgia Florida; disengaged executive leadership and management in Atlanta who don't understand the realities on the ground in Tallahassee; IRC's ethics investigations, which are meant to uphold integrity, in practice are used for political maneuvers; senior leadership lacks respect for program staff and their voices; senior leadership's disregard for how organizational dysfunction negatively impacts client outcomes

great team, loved working with the interns, understnading supervisors

Not enough technology for staff. Computers are available first come firs serve. Sometimes can burn out.
