Pros

The programs are great, incredible work that the employees get to help carry out for their clients who are in need of their services. Great benefits, never have to work overtime really.

Cons

Lacking leadership and positive environment in Admin and across many departments. Onboarding is lacking, very rushed, stressed, unhappy, disorganized departments and morale is low

Passionate employees and incredible mission and data-centered program quality.

Cons

Disproportionate compensation for level of employee commitment. Few growth opportunities. Nepotism and fraternizing as well as very little change in response to allegations of discrimination.
