      Pros

      There is exposure to direct case management and clients from all over the globe with unique and different stories.

      Cons

      I have actually interned with this organization and there is an extremely high turnover. The office I'm at is very disorganized internally and very bureaucratic. If the organization was better organized internally, the clients could be better served.

      Pros

      Great organization; great Mission; real impact on real people in need. Wide variety of opportunities in very unusual and 'off-the-beaten' path types of places; not for the faint of heart

      Can be somewhat disorganized; lack of communication with candidates; including selected finalist about benefits; salary; pay mechanisms; start dates; security, etc. I recommend you be proactive in ensuring you have the information you need

      Pros

      The employees that work here are great coworkers The organization is innovative for a large NGO People are open and there are lots of opportunities to learn about others roles They have really strong benefits for an NGO. Lots of vacation days, 403b match, pretty good healthcare

      Cons

      It is difficult to move up within the organization. There is so much competition that you often have to leave and come back in order to make yourself qualified for a more senior position.
