Highly focused on delivering customer needs and wants across a global product base. Great experience among peers with strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.
Cons
Difficulty implementing new methods and approaches within the engineering process due to senior leadership lack of understanding/willingness to listen and observe first-hand challenges. Disconnect between expectations and requirements, and lack of communication/trust between manager and employee. Many leaders have prior careers from automotive companies; Navistar does not produce engineering designs and meet sales in the same way as the auto giants.
