      Pros

      Lots of internal promotion opportunity for those that stand out. Very nice facility in Lisle, though the office space is far too much for the size.

      Cons

      Very political and bureaucratic culture. If you know people, then you feel wanted. Lots of middle management level positions filled by 50 year olds who have been with the company for life. Not the best culture.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Work at your own pace. Little to no supervision. As long as you get your work finished nobody bothers you.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. There are no bonuses. No advancement opportunities. Lack of clear leadership.

      Management is clueless. The writing was on the wall 10 years ago and management refused to adapt and win.
