      There is a large number of inefficiencies by which individuals can learn from.

      Cons

      Varying business groups operate in silos with a lack of consistency of purpose. A tremendous amount of overlap occurs. Employee skillsets are being wasted. An excessive amount of reactionary work which causes simple problems to become complex. The absolute worst employee morale that I have seen throughout my career.
