If I put you in a room full of unhealthy people you will not make them healthy, they will make you sick. Working at "Negtivestar" is like walking through a mind field, with bombs that are packed full with deadly explosive anger, and every day they bury the anger bombs in a different location. Unhealthy people hate healthy people. As a newcomer you will be happy and well adjusted, and due to this they will hate you. Beware if you should make a mistake as they will fire you. The tension is so thick there you can cut it with a knife. "Negitivestar" had to install bullet proof glass in the Bellwood location and electronic locks in the other locations because there are so many angry former employees attempting to get even with them. The also have a bad engine design and the solution to the problem of emissions is just another a bad idea on top of other bad ideas. They have lost all their good engineers and they absolutely refuse to listen any other ideas from the employees.

Upper management is solely focused on getting product out the door, rather than slowing down and getting every detail right. Being competitive is enough for them, but when you're down on market share you have to exceed expectations and the culture at Navistar is "good enough". There's also a lack of accountability for when people drop the ball or processes are not working.
